ABOUT INFO MEMA

A multi-sector operating group built on regional relationships.

INFO MEMA LTD is a Nairobi-headquartered investment and trade group active across freight & logistics, mineral trading, construction, ICT strategy and nonprofit compliance advisory.

Who we are

INFO MEMA operates as a single group across several disciplines that, on the surface, look unrelated — freight and clearing, mineral trading, construction contracting, ICT strategy, and compliance advisory for charitable trusts. In practice, they share the same operating logic: build regional relationships, work in the sector’s own technical terms, and move from evidence to commitment in phases rather than promises.

That approach shows up most clearly in our Kitui copper project, where every claim about grade, capacity or timeline is tied back to an instrument — a handheld XRF reading, a laboratory certificate, a licensing filing — rather than stated as an estimate alone.

Our approach

  • Compliance-first. We build the regulatory pathway — licensing, environmental, governance — alongside the commercial one, not after it.
  • Evidence over impression. Figures are cited against their source: an assay instrument, a market price, a regulation — not asserted on their own.
  • Sector-fluent. We use the vocabulary of the industries we work in — clearing & forwarding, payable-metal pricing, PBO governance — rather than generic business language.
  • Regional relationships. Our network spans Kenya, the wider East African corridor, and Southern/Central Africa’s mineral markets.
